HR Strategy

Developing a comprehensive HR Strategy is a critical element in support of the organisation’s Strategic Plan. The Stategic Plan is the basis for developing the HR Strategy and we can support HR leadership teams through this process. We develop a sound understanding of the organisation’s current view about HR support and consult widely across all parts of the organisation to ensure the HR Strategy delivers on established needs whilst positioning the workforce to meet the challenges of the future. This ensures the HR Plan integrates into the business and is not seen as an “add on” to the business.

We apply a simple model in the development of the HR Strategy, focussing on four aspects: Sourcing, Developing, Performing and Rewarding.

This approach is aligned to the employee lifecycle and enables the HR Team to effectively and easily communicate this to the rest of the organisation.
